Who says you need a sitter to get back in shape? Practice yoga poses that tone and stretch your body while playfully bonding with your new baby.
- Connect with other moms as you share ideas and information
- Feel free to feed and soothe your baby as needed
- Babies 5 weeks to crawling are welcome
Please bring your own mat and baby blanket. A four week committment is required.

Prental Yoga
Through gentle yoga postures, meditation and breath work, you will gain emotional and physical strength preparing you for childbirth. Share the different stages, joys and challenges of pregnancy with other women in your community.
