Infant Massage

Join us for a five-week series on infant massage with Gwyn MacDonald, NCTMB, CEIM. Infant massage is an excellent way to bond with your baby while also decreasing stress, increasing relaxation, and improving sleep! Infant massage offers relief of discomfort due to gas, constipation, and colic. Parents learn to understand their baby's cues, and the massage creates a time for very focused and nurturing attention.

Each participant will receive the book Infant Massage- A handbook for Loving Parents, by Vimala McClure (founder of the International Association of Infant Massage), oil to use for the massage, and handouts of massage strokes for easy reference. Please bring a pillow, baby blanket or towel, and any other usual necessities.

The class is recommended for pre-crawling babies.

Registration is required. Call 610-892-5051 or email us to register.
